This Wi-Fi Switch Machine Controller provides Wi-Fi or DCC Control of eight switch machines of any type. This product is useful when you have a group of up to eight switches fairly close together. If you have more than eight switches in close proximity you can use a second 8-way or 4-way switch machine controller.
Control your switch machines (point motors) either with the in-built web pages, using your DCC Command Station or, with the WFD-60, or from a WiThrottle Protocol app on your phone such as Android Engine Driver, Apple WiThrottle or the TCS-UWT-100. You can also use our free Tower Operator App to control four of your model railroad switches by tapping a switch symbol on the custom layout map you build on your Windows 10 or Android computer or tablet.

This module is an upgrade from our WFS-86 to include DCC operation and various other improvements such as LEDs to show status and operation from any browser using internally generated web pages.. Two modes of operation Coil Mode and Motor Mode - selection applies to all outputs on unit. Coil and motor switch machines cannot be mixed on one unit.

Operates either 3-wire or 2-wire (bipolar) switch machines, according to connection. 2-Wire and 3-wire coil type switch machines may be mixed on unit.
Capacitor discharge unit with charge pump provides voltage up to 24 Volts in the form of a pulse.
Pulse Voltage is selectable. Nominal voltages available: 24V, 19V, 12V, 9V.

Operates motor type switch machines such as Tortoise by Circuitron, Cobalt by DCC Concepts, etc.
Will also operate switch machines with end switches drawing up to 0.5A.
Operates 2-wire (reversible motor) switch machines.
