All prices are quoted exclusive of local taxes and customs duties. WifiTrax is registered for Australian Goods and Services Tax and Australian residents will be charged Goods and Services Tax at the current standard rate. This will be added at checkout.
Residents of countries imposing import duties or charging local taxes on imported goods are responsible for paying such amounts where required.
WifiTrax tries to ship all orders within three business days from customer's order placement and payment.
Transit time to your premises depends on the shipping method you have chosen. We indicate expected transit times along with the available shipping methods. These are advised by the shipping companies we work with and are beyond our control.
If for some reason, we are unable to ship your order within the time specified above, we will inform you via email and you will have the option to cancel the order or accept the expected delay. If you decide to cancel, we will immediately refund your payment.
We accept orders for some products that are not currently in stock but are expected within an estimated time (back orders or advance orders). For such products, we advise you of the expected shipment date clearly on the product page.
If you place a back order or advance order you may cancel at any time by informing us by email, quoting all the details. In this case we will immediately refund your payment.

Please try to choose carefully, reading the specifications carefully, as we do not refund simply because of a change of mind. Please email us if you are unsure. However if you genuinely find that the product is unsuitable for your model railroad environment,
we will usually accept return and refund your purchase price (less the shipping costs) provided the product is unused and returned in its original packaging.
Before returning any product, you must email us explaining the reason that the product is unsuitable and consider any advice from us that may help with your problem before deciding to return.
