Don't have a Windows Computer? Don't want to mess with FWA-20 etc.? Have any Wifitrax Module upgraded to the latest Firmware Version by a Wifitrax Technician.
This is a service provided by Wifitrax that allows you to get your Wifitrax Module upgraded by sending it back to the Wifitrax Factory.
You will need to send it to us in Australia where we will upgrade its firmware to the latest version, verify that it works properly and return it to you.
When you purchase this service, return shipping charges will be added to the cost during checkout in the same way as if you purchased a new
Wifitrax product.
After purchase, you will first receive an automatic acknowledgement. Then, when we have processed your
order, you will receive an email from our technician with instructions for return of your module including shipment address.
Please package your module carefull and include preferably a copy of your purchase acknowledgement email or as a minimum your name and address
as it appeared on your purchase. This is so that we can identify your module. Modules received without such identification will be held pending
email enquiry from you for a period of 60 days before being discarded.
Please click this link to see latest firmware versions. Do not send us your module unless it is clear that a later firmware version exists!
Please also, only send working modules. If your module has failed contact us by email at wifitrax@steveshrimpton.com for warranty replacement or a quote for repair.
Unfortunately, you will have to be without your WFD-30, WFD-31 or other module for 3-4 Weeks, but you will ensure it's done professionally and comes back working properly.
